Lau’s unique creations are known as “lau lau shapes,” and are exclusively sold at this Maui surf shop. Each of these surfboards are personally hand-shaped by Lau in the Hana surf shop and can be made-to-order directly at the store or online at the company’s website. A few samplings of the inventory in-stock at the store can be viewed online, and custom shortboards start at $495. There are also name brand boards available for sale.
